
Anne Feierstein, MSEd, CHC

Anne Feierstein is a consultant with The Mihalik Group. She is seasoned Quality Management, Accreditation, and Compliance executive with over 20 years of experience leading federal, state, and industry audits, driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives, and managing consumer-centered outcomes projects. She currently serves as Vice President of Quality Programs at Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), where she oversees NCQA accreditation readiness for six Medicare and Medicaid product lines across the Northeast. Anne is responsible for implementing quality work plans, managing HEDIS operations, supporting EQRO audits, and developing initiatives that improve Stars and Withhold performance.
Before joining CCA, Anne held senior leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and Senior Whole Health. At UnitedHealthcare, she served as Senior Director of Quality Management, enhancing compliance strategies for FIDE-SNP CMS product lines and spearheading HEDIS and Stars improvement efforts. At Senior Whole Health, she served as both Compliance Officer and Director of Quality, where she built a robust compliance program and managed audit readiness for Medicare and Medicaid.
Earlier in her career, Anne worked as a Process Management Consultant and as Manager of Quality Assurance at Aetna US Healthcare, where she led NCQA accreditation for the Northern New England Region and oversaw credentialing operations.
Anne holds a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University. She is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC) and an active member of the Healthcare Compliance Association. Her blend of regulatory expertise, strategic leadership, and operational know-how make her a trusted advisor in healthcare quality and compliance.
