Christopher D. Yonge, BA 

Project Manager

Mr. Christopher Yonge is a project manager with The Mihalik Group, LLC, specializing in coordinating NCQA accreditation audits. With a successful track record at TMG and decades of experience in project management, he brings expertise in operations management, organizational improvement, communication specialization, and exceptional technical skills.

 

Before joining TMG, Christopher served as the Enterprise Senior Manager for Commonwealth Care Alliance. His responsibilities included securing NCQA Health Plan Accreditation for all product lines in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, managing project responses for MassHealth and CMS RFRs (resulting in over $1 billion in funding for the CCA One Care program), implementing Performant claims review and Prophix financial reporting software, and overseeing mission-critical compliance programs for MassHealth, including the bi-annual EQR Audit and One Care Readiness, managing and validating roughly 1300 artifacts. He also led the enterprise-wide deployment of Altruista Health’s GuidingCare care management platform for over 1000 end users.

 

Christopher's previous roles in project management included positions at BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts, Insulet Corporation, Fresenius Medical Care, and Partners HealthCare, among others.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
