Ms. Juchien Hsu brings her expertise as a project manager to The Mihalik Group, LLC, specializing in coordinating NCQA accreditation audits. With a successful track record at TMG, she has managed numerous client projects and continues to work with multiple clients currently. Her experience spans coordinating NCQA Initial and Renewal Accreditation projects, Health Equity Accreditation initial surveys, and NCQA Initial and Renewal Utilization Management projects. Juchien is adept at problem-solving and effectively communicates solutions to clients, peers, and management.

 

Prior to her role at TMG, Juchien held significant positions in telecommunications and the global aerospace and defense sector. As a lead system engineer and project manager, she was responsible for ensuring on-schedule and within-budget product delivery to customers. She led cross-functional teams in product design, researched processes, and coordinated efforts across global teams.

 

Ms. Hsu earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Psychology and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Chicago, Illinois. Her academic background and diverse professional experience underscore her ability to effectively manage complex projects and deliver successful outcomes in healthcare accreditation.
